At TiECon Chandigarh 2025, the Personal Board Program (PB) was introduced by Mr. Sundara Easwar B (Co-Founder, PurplePond) and Ms. Akhila Rajeshwar (Executive Director, TiE Chennai). This peer-to-peer learning platform offers entrepreneurs a structured support system, where they serve as non-executive board members for each other’s businesses.

Going beyond networking, PB fosters strategic accountability, mindset shifts, and leadership development.
It provides diverse perspectives and structured guidance, helping entrepreneurs refine decision-making, enhance emotional intelligence, and overcome mental roadblocks. With a dedicated think tank, PB ensures holistic personal and professional growth, empowering entrepreneurs with clarity, confidence, and resilience in their journey.
