Pitchathon: Startup-Shark Soiree 4.0

At TiECON Chandigarh 2025, the Startup-Shark Soiree (SSS 4.0), in collaboration with the Chandigarh Angels Network (CAN), showcased the region’s entrepreneurial spirit. Over 150+ applications were received, from which 10 top startups were selected to pitch their innovative ideas to a panel of 40+ investors, competing for a funding pool of Rs 5 crore.

For the first time, attendees experienced the exhilaration of live startup funding, witnessing pitches, negotiations, and deal signings unfold in real-time. This dynamic format not only showcased the startups’ potential but also provided invaluable insights into the investment process, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This live event featured real-time pitches, negotiations, and deal signings, offering attendees an authentic glimpse into the investment process. Notably, Nymbleup Solutions Pvt Ltd secured the highest investment of Rs 1.5 crore.

At TiECON Chandigarh 2025, students from the DCM Young Entrepreneurs School (YES), participating in the TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program, had the invaluable opportunity to pitch their innovative ideas. This immersive experience allowed them to engage deeply with the entrepreneurial process, enhancing their understanding and skills in real-world business scenarios.
