TiE Chandigarh in collaboration with Embassy of Israel, organized a 3 month long Business Plan Competition for startups in the field of Agriculture, Sustainability, Water, Air & Energy.

BOOTCAMP
The bootcamp for “Israel- TiE Chandigarh business plan competition” has been one of its kind event showcasing powerful discussions, resourceful talks and nationwide participation.
It was a pleasure hosting the team from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israel DoronGidony, Innovation Attache and ShaniRapaportEtsiony, Head of Public Diplomacy for flying in to meet thestartups. A big thanks to our speakers Sukhmeet Singh, Founder, A2P Energy Pvt. Ltd. and Mr.Gurkirat Singh, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Tourism and Culture for providing useful insights into the current situation of agriculture and sustainability.
MENTORSHIP
The TOP 8 Finalists went through a 3 day long mentorship program by Ms. Nava SwerskySofar, board member, CEO and consultant on innovation, entrepreneurship, venture capital and technology transfer, Govt. of Israel.
ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE
It was a privilege having among us Mr.NaorGilon, Ambassador of Israel to India at TiE Chandigarh for a round table discussion with esteemed business leaders and dignitaries of the city.
FINAL PITCH COMPETITION
Six finalists pitched their #ideas and businessmodels to the esteemed jury including Mr.MaayanMulla, CEO, Waltergen India; Mr.Ratnesh Kumar Jha, CEO, Burlington English; Ms.VeredMivtzari; Mr.Sukhmeet Singh, Founder & CEO, A2P Energy and Mr.Harkiratsingh.
Mr. Dr PriyangshuSarma (PhD), Founder, Woodberry Mushrooms emerged as the winner.
